50ml Elephant Orange Cocoa Gin
15ml Honey infused with dates* (optional)
30ml Lemon juice
*Chop up a couple of dates, place in a container with runny honey, leave to infuse for 5 days.
Method: Shake and strain.
Garnish: Edible flower and thyme.
