Mayan Bramble
Recipe:
50ml Elephant Gin infused with raw cacao beans and black tea
20ml St-Germain elderflower liquor
Frozen fruit mix – raspberries, cherries, black berries
Making of:
Shake vigorously with ice and serve over crushed ice (strained or unstrained whatever the preference)! Add Plum-Spicy dark chocolate bitters and a spray of Elephant Sloe Gin (optional).
