Lele e carbonato

New year, new plans, new memories and… cocktails to be made!

We want to kick off 2019 with this healthy-ish concoction with medicinal Roots Mastiha and saffron rice syrup – hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we do!

Lele E Carbonato recipe:
45 ml Elephant Strength Gin
10 ml Mastiha liqueur
15 ml Rice syrup with saffron juice
15 ml Lime juice
15 ml Mandarin juice

Shake and strain into an old fashioned glass.
Garnish with fried rice chips and paprika (optional).
