Satao Martini

Recipe:
3 dashes of chocolate bitters
15ml Biancosarti
75ml Elephant Gin

Making of:
Method: Prior to mixing ensure that the martini glass and Elephant Gin are chilled in the freezer. Add three dashes of chocolate bitters to the glass, 15ml of Biancosarti and pour Elephant Gin straight in.
Garnish: Slice of orange peel, twisting to release the oils, gliding around the rim and dropping into the glass.
