20 ml Waldhimbeergeist (raspberry schnapps)
30ml Lemon juice
30 ml Fresh matcha tea
20 ml Honey syrup.
Method: Smoke the glass with a pine branch under the glass cloche. Shake and strain into glass with ice.
Garnish: Pine branch, pine cone, dehydrated slice of lemon.
