50 ml Elephant London Dry Gin
20 ml Poir Williams
30 ml citrus mix juice (lime, lemon, pink grapefruit)
20 ml spicy tea (black tea mixed with dried apples, pears, cinnamon, ginger)
Method: Shake & strain, top up with ginger beer.
Garnish: Lemon twist, bay leaf.
