Spiced Jumbo Collins

Recipe:
40ml Elephant Gin
10ml Cointreau
25ml Lemon juice
10ml Chili sugar syrup 
Top Fentimans Ltd Ginger Ale

Making of:
Shake and fine strain into large highball over ice. Top off with Ginger Ale. Garnish with fresh mint and slice of lime.
