Sloe Summer
Recipe:
40 ml Elephant Sloe Gin
20 ml Ancho Reyes
20 ml Calamansi lime juice
10 ml Lavender syrup (1:1)
Dash of egg white
Making of:
Method: Dry shake, add ice, shake again and strain into glass.
Glass: Coupette.
Garnish: Chilli flakes and berry dust.
