And what a better way than with a refreshing Sloe Apple Collins… Fermented apples are a power-packed source of probiotics that will add a pleasantly sweet and slightly tangy flavour!
45 ml Elephant Sloe Gin
45 ml Lacto-fermented apples
10 ml Sugar syrup
Stir and strain into a tumbler over a few big chunks of ice, garnish with an apple slice.

We have combined our award-winning Elephant London Dry Gin with the classic flavour of fresh sloe berries. Macerated in the gin for several months, these wild berries add a richly rounded, lightly sweet and exquisitely fruity bouquet as well as a typical warm red colour to the spirit.
Compared to other sloe gins, Elephant Sloe Gin has a lower sugar content paired with higher alcohol volume of 35%. This makes it perfectly suited to mixing in cocktails as well as enjoying it neat.
Every Elephant Sloe Gin bottle comes with a set of colourful glass beads tied around the neck of the bottles.They are handcrafted especially for Elephant Gin by the Maasai in Kenya. Use them as a bracelet or necklace – whatever your preference!
