Sloe Apple Collins

Recipe:
45 ml Elephant Sloe Gin
45 ml Lacto-fermented apples
10 ml Sugar syrup

Making of:
Method: Stir and strain into glass over a few big chunks of ice.
Glass: Tumbler.
Garnish: Apple slice.
