30 ml Elephant London Dry Gin
20 ml Ginger & lemongrass vermouth
15 ml Lemon juice
10 ml Grapefruit sherbet
5 ml Honey syrup

Making of:
Method: Shake and strain. Top up with tonic.
Glass: Highball.
Garnish: Burnt rosemary.
