Sleepy Hollow

This week’s tipple is a Sleepy Hollow by Andrew Osborne from The Milk Thistle in Bristol. Perfect inspiration for Halloween!

30 ml Elephant London Dry Gin
20 ml Ginger & lemongrass vermouth
15 ml Lemon juice
10 ml Grapefruit sherbet
5 ml Honey syrup

Shake and strain into a highball, top up with tonic, garnish with burnt rosemary. Spot the spider!
