This week’s tipple is ‘Shaken Glory’ by Katerina Logvinova. This well-balanced concoction of Elephant Sloe Gin, mezcal and rhubarb aperitif is perfectly fruity and smokey!
15 ml Elephant Sloe Gin
50 ml Mezcal
15 ml Rabarbaro Zucca
20 ml Lime juice
1 Bar spoon of agave
3 Dashes absinth
Shake and strain into a coupette. It’s beginning to look a lot like cocktails!
