Recipe:
65 ml Elephant Aged Gin
25 ml Lemon juice
20 ml Sugar syrup
Egg white

Making of:
Method: Dry & wet shake. Top up with soda.
Glass: Highball glass rinsed with absinthe.
Garnish: Lemon twist.
