Mighty Sazerac

Recipe:
60 ml Elephant Strength Gin
5 ml Sugar syrup
7 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
Absinth to rinse the glass

Making of:
Method: Rinse the glass with absinthe, discard. Stir and pour.
Glass: Rocks glass.
Garnish: Lemon zest.
