30 ml Liquid Alchemist ginger syrup
20 ml Liquid Alchemist passion fruit syrup
20 ml Lemon juice
20 ml Grapefruit juice
Pinch Yuzu salt
Pinch mint

Making of:
Method: Shake and strain.
Glass: Coupette.
Garnish: Lemon zest.
