Elderflower Basil Fizz

Recipe:
40ml Elephant London Dry Gin
10ml egg white
20ml St. Germain
10ml simple syrup (2:1)
25ml lemon juice
4 leaves of basil

Making of:
Method: Combine all ingredients. Shake & double strain.Top up with soda.
Glass: Highball glass.
Garnish: Basil leaves, lemon twist.
