Recipe:
25 ml Elephant London Dry Gin
15 ml Chambord
5 ml Homemade pomegranate syrup
15 ml Fresh lemon juice
15 ml Egg white
Top up with dry espumante

Making of:
Method: Shake and strain.
Glass: Coupette.
Garnish: Dehydrated raspberry rim (and a lot of TLC).
