30ml Elephant Gin 
20ml lemon juice
15ml hibiscus-cardamon syrup
2 dashes House of Angostura bitters
70ml champagne

Making of:
Method: Combine gin, syrup and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into glass. Top up with champagne. Stir gently. 
Glass: High coupette .
Garnish: Lemon zest and cardamon.
