Foragers Vermouth Negroni

Recipe:
20ml Elephant London Dry Gin
40ml Foragers Vermouth

For the vermouth:
15ml Elephant London Dry Gin
450ml white wine (or flat sparkling wine for a zero waste cocktail)
3 mugwort leaves
1 sprig pineapple weed
4 chamomile flowers
8 rose petals
4 honeysuckle flowers
1 oak leaf
4 white clovers
1 sprig lemon balm
1 lemon peel
4 bar spoons honey
1/2 pinch sea salt

Making of:
Method: Build in glass.
Garnish: Lemon twist and flower.
