DI-AFRO cocktail

We recently collaborated with Drink Kong in Rome on zero waste workshops. They loved our idea of re-using our waste sloe berries and macerating them in Mezcal San Cosme for our new limited Elephant Sloe Mezcal.

For their DI-AFRO cocktail, you’ll need:
40ml Elephant Sloe Mezcal
20ml Aperol
10ml Green Chartreuse
10ml Lune d’Apricot (Apricot brandy)
20ml Lime juice

Method: Shake and double strain
Glass: Coupette
