Sea & Tonic
Recipe:
35ml Elephant Gin
100ml homemade sea water tonic
Making of:
Method: Cook pre-made tonic water with salt (10g salt per 1,000ml tonic). Cook until volume is reduced by half. Add soda water to re-carbonate salty tonic.
Garnish: Sea shell and lemon twist.
