Orange Blossom

35ml Elephant Gin 
4-5 drops orange blossom water
1 egg white
Soda water for topping up

Making of:
Put all ingredients with 4 ice cubes in shaker. Shake hard in a metal shaker for 30 secs. Pour all ingredients into a chilled high ball glass. Top up slowly with soda water. Let egg white settle until it stands firm over the rim like a souffle.
