Honey-Mirabelle Fizz

Recipe:
50ml Elephant Gin
30ml fresh lemon juice
25ml honey water (1 part honey : 1 part water)
50ml mirabelle plum puree
3 dashes plum bitters
1 egg white
30ml sodawater

Making of:
Method: Dry shake, shake with ice, double. Strain, mix in soda water and spray with plum bitters.
Glass: classic fizz glass.
