Bringing together sweet, citrus and spicy notes, our September’s cocktail of the month tastes both bold and refreshing; the perfect dandy drink. To make the Groovy Elephant you will need:
50 ml Elephant London Dry Gin
30 ml Pineapple juice
20 ml Simple syrup
30 ml Lemon juice
5 ml Yuzu
Shake with ice, strain into a Collins glass, and fill with ginger beer.
Garnish with a slice of fresh ginger and a mint sprig.

500 ml bottle of award-winning Elephant London Dry Gin (45% ABV).
The gin’s nose yields a subtle juniper aroma with an undertone of mountain pine and other herbaceous notes. The taste is complex but strikingly smooth encompassing floral, fruity and spicy flavours which can be enjoyed both straight and in a cocktail.
