50ml Elephant Gin
30ml homemade coriander honey Dijon syrup
6 drops Elmegirabs Teapot Bitters
Method: Build in glass and stir. Make syrup out of 15 leaves of coriander in 15cl hot water and add 30g Dijon mustard and 30g honey. Stir mix in 25cl sugar syrup (1:1). Then leave to cool down.
Glass: Old fashioned tumbler.
Garnish: Lemon twist.
