Bizarre Love Triangle Cocktail

Recipe:
50 ml Elephant London Dry Gin
10 ml Fino dry sherry
Top up with clarified apple and lime soda with cutting board syrup
(combine your kitchen leftover fruits (limes, lemons, apples etc.) and mix with sugar and hot water)
