50 ml Elephant Sloe Gin
5 ml Elephant Gin
15 ml sugar syrup
20 ml lemon juice
2 dashes cardamon
2 dashes lavender
1 egg white
Method: Dry shake all ingredients, including the egg white. Shake again over ice. Then single strain into highball glass and top up with soda water.
Garnish: Grated ginger and lavender.
