Recipe:
35 ml Elephant Sloe Gin
15 ml Elephant Gin
20 ml Damson liquor
25 ml Earl grey infused Poire William
25 ml Lemon juice
2 dashes Lavender bitters
Fentimans Ltd Wild English Elderflower
Making of:
Method: Shake and strain all ingredients. Top up with elderflower soda water.
Glass: Highball.
Garnish: Elderflowers or lavender.
