30ml Elephant Strength Gin
20 ml Elephant Sloe Gin
30 ml Lemon Juice
10 ml Pine needle syrup
5ml egg white
Making of:
Method: Dry shake, then shake with ice and fine strain.
Glass: Coupette.
Garnish: Chocolate powder and toasted grounded nut.
